Albany, NY (NY CREATES' Albany NanoTech Complex) In this role you will lead groundbreaking EUV research initiatives at the nation's first CHIPS for America R&D Flagship Facility, shaping the future of semiconductor manufacturing while advancing America's technological leadership. Every day you will drive innovation in advanced lithography technology, leading a world-class team of researchers while fostering collaboration between Natcast, NY CREATES, and industry partners in pursuit of breakthrough discoveries. To thrive in this role you must combine visionary technical leadership with strategic execution abilities, demonstrating both deep semiconductor expertise and collaborative leadership while advancing America's capabilities in EUV technology. Natcast's $825 million CHIPS for America EUV Accelerator at NY CREATES' Albany NanoTech Complex represents a transformative investment in America's semiconductor future. As the executive leader of this initiative, you will drive research that strengthens U.S. leadership in advanced lithography while fostering innovation across the semiconductor ecosystem. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive EUV R&D strategy Build and lead world-class technical teams Drive innovation in advanced lithography solutions Protect intellectual property through patent strategy Foster collaboration with NY CREATES partners Represent Natcast at industry conferences Guide technical direction of research programs Manage research budgets and resources Build strategic academic and industry partnerships Advance NSTC membership initiatives Required Skills and Experience:

Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field 10+ years semiconductor industry experience 5+ years leadership in consortium environment Deep understanding of semiconductor physics Strong technical leadership track record Excellence in stakeholder management Proven innovation leadership Strategic planning expertise Strong publication and patent portfolio Outstanding communication abilities Bonus Points if you have the Following:
