About the Position: Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is actively seeking a stellar finance lawyer to join as an associate in its Chicago office. The attorneys in this nationally recognized lender focused finance practice represent top-tier clients in the industry and this position offers substantial opportunities for growth, development and client interaction. Target candidates will have 4 or more years of large law firm finance experience counseling a variety of lenders in mid and upper market club and syndicated transactions. This is truly an outstanding opportunity to expand your experience at an Am Law 50 firm. Required Qualifications: · 4 or more years of large law firm finance experience, particularly with counseling lenders in mid and upper market club and syndicated transactions · Strong understanding of leveraged finance · Expertise with core and ancillary documents Highlights: · Top of market compensation · Ranked a best law firm to work and a best law firm for women and diversity Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $300,000 – $390,000.
