Amazon
Principal Product Manager - Technical, AWS Identity
Amazon, Seattle, Washington, us, 98127
DESCRIPTION
Want to help customers control and secure access to some of the most sensitive data on the internet? Security is the #1 concern of customers adopting the cloud, and the AWS Identity team defines and enforces the access model for AWS. We run massively scaled, globally distributed systems that authenticate every AWS transaction.
We are seeking a deeply technical product management leader in AWS Identity to drive the strategy and product roadmap for trusted identity propagation across AWS. As a Principal PMT-ES, you will define the vision for how we evolve fundamental user experiences, from simplifying the onboarding and sign-up experience to features that streamline the daily work for administrators and end users. You will have end-to-end product responsibility from working with external and internal customers to making roadmap tradeoffs and delivering revolutionary new features and functionality that improve the customer experience. The successful candidate will form a strategy that gets to the core of what customers value, set priorities that move that strategy forward, and influence across teams spanning AWS Identity, Security, GenAI, Analytics, and beyond to bring that vision to life.
Candidates should enjoy working in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and be comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates dive deep into data, have strong writing skills, and can confidently lead teams to alignment in ambiguous problem spaces.
