role within RSM's Global Banking sector is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and IT controls, particularly within banking. This position calls for advanced skills in infrastructure and cybersecurity auditing and leadership in audit management, essential to meet evolving client needs in IT risk and compliance. Role Overview
The TRC Manager will be part of an expert team providing IT risk consulting services to global banking institutions. This role involves leading audits, managing audit scope, and ensuring clients maintain compliance with key regulations and risk mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise :
Proficient in IT general controls, infrastructure, and cybersecurity audit with experience managing and scoping audits. Apply frameworks like COSO, COBIT, and ITIL to ensure strong IT control environments and conduct comprehensive infrastructure and cyber audits. Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP, or similar audit-specific certifications.
Client Engagement : Build and manage relationships with client leadership, analyze and present IT risk challenges, and provide recommendations aligned with industry standards. Team Development : Lead, mentor, and manage diverse teams with a focus on feedback and growth in IT risk management and cybersecurity. Business Development : Engage in client and industry networking, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to thought leadership. Qualifications
Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's in business, computer science, or related disciplines. Experience : 8+ years in IT risk management or audit focusing on infrastructure or cybersecurity audits. Public accounting or professional services background is preferred. Certifications : CISA, CISSP, or other technical audit-related certifications. Skills : Advanced skills in audit management, strong communication abilities, and experience with IT control frameworks. Travel Flexibility : Willing to travel and collaborate in person or remotely. This role requires expertise in infrastructure and cybersecurity audits, strong audit leadership, and a collaborative approach to navigating complex banking technology environments.
