Senior Program Manager, Japan Consumer Innovation

The Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) Retail Scaling Team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our mission of enhancing the experience and success of our customers, vendors, and employees in Japan. This high-visibility, strategic role within the Amazon Japan Retail business requires strong business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.

Key Job Responsibilities

As the Senior Program Manager, you will own the critical vendor experience (VX) benchmarking and transformation work for the JCI team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive end-to-end VX transformation at the heart of our operations. Key focus areas include: Enhancing the overall VX transformation strategy and orchestrations:

Establish a clear vision and roadmap for leveraging VX insights to drive tangible improvements Build robust mechanisms to iterate on progress based on ongoing survey data

Maximizing the value of our VX survey data:

Partner with Data Science and BI teams to extract actionable insights from the wealth of VX data Translate these insights into impactful initiatives that address vendor needs

Improving the operational excellence of VX survey execution:

Streamline the survey process to enable deeper dives and scalability Enhance the efficiency and impact of how we gather and act on vendor feedback

Minimum Qualifications

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Bachelor's degree 5+ years of program or project management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience leading process improvements
