Regional President
Summary/Objective
The Regional President is responsible for meeting the banking needs of our customers. This position will be expected to focus on the generation, approval and servicing of customers loans, within acceptable loan risk standards, while adhering to bank policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the generation of deposit transactions necessary to accommodate loan funding. The position must obtain leadership skills and understand the development of talent while working and representing the Bank in a positive way.

Proven skills to effectively speak before management, employee and customer groups.
Proven ability to read and interpret a variety of documents and reports including statistical information.
Proven ability to perform complex mathematical calculations including computation of ratios, percentages and payments.
Secondary Functions
Adheres to the banks vision, mission statement, moments of truth, core competencies, sales and service standards, bank policies, bank regulations and the bank operations manual while coaching their team to do the same.
Assists Community Bank Managers in identifying market opportunity based on Bank’s strategic plan.
Maintains excellent working relationship with peers and support areas to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Assists Community Bank Managers in developing annual business plans and quarterly market plans around annual and quarterly sales goals and non-interest income and non-interest expense goals.
Works with Human Resources Regional Manager to ensure appropriate training and development is in place and being administered for area’s staff based on need, succession requirements and career development.
Provides leadership, coaching and support to the area’s staff to ensure maximum effectiveness as well as continual learning and professional development.
Responsible for establishing sales management routines and practices to ensure performance.
Provides direction, support and coaching of the line managers in their sales efforts.
Participates in the development and manages the assigned area-wide implementation of written customer service standards for both internal and external customers.
Serves in the role of feedback conduit to Marketing in an effort to provide quality products and services to the Bank’s customers.
Assists Community Bank Managers in developing customer relationships.
Manages direct reports and provides weekly, monthly and quarterly feedback on performance planning goals to Banking Sales Executive.
Responsible for overall performance and profitability of the area’s assigned branches.
Understanding of each market for which the manager is assigned and provides guidance to the Community Bank Managers to tap the opportunities.
Partners with Human Resources Regional Manager to formulate, coordinate and deploy recognition and rewards programs.
Partners with Regional Senior Credit Officer to ensure commercial lending production goals are attained.
Ensures that all branches are well informed, understand the concepts and are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for high performance.
Responsible for sales results and target market analysis in assigned markets.
Provides timely reports to the President of results of sales goals efforts and future sales needs.
May serve as rotating member of the ALCO.
Oversight of CRA compliance in the branches.
Represents the Bank in civic and community affairs in assigned markets.
Participates in the Bank’s business development.
Willingly participates in all assigned duties and responsibilities.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Employees in this job are required to travel to branches to coach, attend various sales meetings and assist the market manager in their overall sales efforts. Travel may be required to customer’s and/or perspective customer’s businesses to assist Bank Managers in making presentations and/or to sell financial products.

Required Education and Experience
