As Finance Senior Manager, Strategy and Innovation, you’ll work closely with the Finance Chief of Staff and a team focused on overseeing key strategic projects sponsored by the CFO. You’ll work with this team to establish and govern a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives. The role requires high-energy, outstanding project management skills, communication skills, forward-thinking, and an intimate understanding of business requirements as well as the ability to drive execution. Core Responsibilities Assist the Finance Chief of Staff in managing the organization’s operational rhythm, allowing for transparency, consistency, and proactive planning and execution. Assist in designing and driving the Finance team’s strategic plans, portfolio and budget planning, and business and people strategy reviews. Assist in managing cross functional projects and transformational activities for the organization. Manage the strategic project portfolio ensuring projects have clear milestones, KPIs, value and impact metrics. Manage the transformation roadmap and lead its execution, including prioritization, requirement gathering, and project timeline. Assist with driving transformation initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes, leveraging best practices. Collaborate with finance senior management and a cross functional network of stakeholders to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, automation, and optimization. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Finance. Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies for cost/benefit potential. Qualifications

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's degree in Finance preferred. 10+ years of relevant work experience in a global, diverse organization. Demonstrated success leading projects with multi-function stakeholders and teams. Preferred Qualifications Strong project management and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple projects within different geographic regions simultaneously. Disciplined execution skills with focus to ensure results and impact are delivered. Team player that can collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across all levels and functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focus on crisp, concise, and effective communication. Ability to build trust and partnering relationships with internal / external stakeholders of all levels. Superior organizational skills with commitment to delivering a high-quality work product. Ability to ideate, test, iterate and implement new initiatives with a keen focus on change management. Additional Information
