About the Position: Our client, a top global law firm with a large and established Chicago office, is actively seeking an attorney to join its prestigious private equity practice as an associate. This Chambers-ranked practice group represents private equity sponsors and portfolio groups around the world with sophisticated private equity deals. Highlights: · Top of market compensation · Nationally recognized private equity practice · Firm is recognized for its commitment to diversity and inclusion Responsibilities: · Represent middle-market private equity funds and their portfolio companies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions Required Qualifications: · 3 or more years of corporate transactional experience · Large law firm experience · Strong academic credentials Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $435,000 – $480,000.
