The Role: 

  • Outpatient Primary Care: 18 – 22 patients per day, on average with 15, 20, and 30-min visits 
  • Ability to focus on an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine population as well as Family Medicine with Obstetrics
  • Collegial, close-knit, and engaged primary care clinic focusing on Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine with Obstetrics
  • Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week.
  • Ancillary Primary Care team includes: Social Work, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy. 
  • There are 14 specialties on site plus full lab and imaging services
  • Call is light and shared | Triage RN call

Required Qualifications:

  • Open to both BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians 
  • Unrestricted WA license or the ability to obtain prior to start
  • Current DEA or the ability to obtain prior to start

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience 

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
