Eskenazi Health serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 327-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus as well as at 10 Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.
Eskenazi Health is currently seeking interns for Summer 2025. This internship is structured to provide college students with real-world work experience in a professional environment to assist them in preparing for their future careers. Throughout this internship, you will work directly with your assigned department to support a variety of projects and initiatives, while playing a key role in our day to day operations. Gain knowledge of the employer, industry and career field while gaining valuable work experiences and references to enhance your resume.
Duties and Responsibilities
Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate with an HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities), be a current resident of Indiana and have completed at least one(1) years of undergraduate education.

- Performs basic departmental tasks as assigned
- Performs administrative tasks as assigned
- Effectively communicates with staff and customers
- Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects and reports
- Follows verbal and written instructions and submits work products on time
- Internship opportunities are targeted to be available in our respiratory, mental health, radiology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and pharmacy departments
