A-Line is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in grand Rapids, MI. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week. LPN Compensation The pay for this position is $38.00-40.00/hr Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. LPN Highlights 2:30PM-11:00PM with every other weekend. No on call. LPN Responsibilities Will float between three locations and work as a CNA if needed Collect and monitor patient data, including physiological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual needs. Report findings and work with the healthcare team (RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician) to coordinate care. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician, adhering to established policies and procedures. Inform patients and families about treatments, medications, and equipment being used. Offer information and guidance on other aspects of patient care as needed. Accurately document all care provided via computer or written records, ensuring compliance with care guidelines and protocols. Record chargeable items and communicate any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department.
