Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of medical malpractice cases, from client intake to trial.
  • Conduct thorough case analysis, legal research, and discovery.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and court.
  • Collaborate with experts to develop strong case strategies.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in RI.
  • 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice or personal injury litigation.
  • Strong trial preparation and courtroom advocacy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A passion for helping clients achieve justice and recovery.
