We are searching for Senior Product Marketing Strategist on behalf of our client. This is a 6-month contract assignment. (W-2) We're looking for a creative and driven individual with a "can-do" attitude and a proven track record in successfully managing projects. As a Senior Product Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in leading and managing marketing initiatives for Client's renewable energy programs (Solar).

This position is integral to developing product strategies aimed at driving customer adoption and increasing revenue. We need someone with exceptional skills in product marketing and project management, capable of leading projects from initial concept through to successful, timely completion, and achieving set metrics.

Location: Juno Beach, FL

This is a 6-month contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision and Growth: Develop and promote a robust marketing vision and create long-term growth strategies to boost program adoption, supporting the expansion of renewable energy in Florida.
  • Innovation in Marketing: Generate and implement innovative marketing ideas that stand out in the market.
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct competitive market analyses to identify customer needs and preferences. Use these insights to create a strong value proposition, develop key messaging, and formulate actionable marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Market Intelligence: Become the go-to expert on our customers-understanding who they are, how they make purchase decisions, and their key buying criteria.
  • Target Audience: Identify and create detailed buyer personas and target audiences.
  • Go-to-Market Plans: Develop and execute complex, end-to-end go-to-market plans to attract early adopters through focused marketing campaigns, training, and events, delivering measurable business results.
  • Campaign Management: Evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns to drive program adoption and achieve goals.
  • Channel Strategy: Determine the best product-channel fit and optimize the mix of channels to effectively reach the target audience. Channels may include content marketing, social media, referrals, SEO, webinars, and more.
  • Budget Management: Manage the annual marketing and sales enablement budget, ensuring accurate tracking of spending and return on investment.
  • Organizational Excellence: Execute assignments and plans with discipline and organization, keeping executives and stakeholders informed of timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance; present optimization recommendations as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across departments to build and optimize digital marketing programs across various channels, including SEM, SEO, display, mobile, social, and email, with the aim of driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and cross-functional teams. Serve as a champion of the renewable energy brand across the company, engaging with business units and external partners to strengthen the brand and deliver measurable results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, etc) required
  • Master's degree in related field strongly desired
  • Expected to demonstrate expertise through writing and editing tests
  • 3 or more years relevant experience as a writer, video producer required.
  • 5 or more years strongly preferred; experience in multiple disciplines preferred
  • Experience as a videographer/editor and experience working with a variety of computers and computer software to include MAC and PC products strongly preferred -
  • Position requires travel both within Florida and throughout the U.S -
  • Strong writing, verbal, editing, presentation and overall communication skills; solid skills in script writing - Proficiency in videography and editing - Solid knowledge and general skills to learn about A/V systems and technologies -
  • Detailed oriented, organized and can manage multiple projects while dealing with tight deadlines
