Lonza AG is presenting an opportunity for a skilled individual to join the team as a Quality Control Analyst 2 in New Hampshire, USA. This role is uniquely positioned to ensure detailed quality oversight across our site operations, supplying to Lonza's outstanding reputation. Join our daring team and play a vital role in maintaining and improving our detailed standards of quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Applies job skills and company's policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
- Analyzes moderate-scope problems where a review of identifiable factors is vital.
- Participates in quality testing for ongoing customer stability studies.
- Supports production of in-process and final product drug lots for customers, ensuring timely and high-quality results to meet Manufacturing demands.
- An associate's degree in microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science field, or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2-4 years of Quality Control experience is required.
- Consistent record to work successfully within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with strict attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to resolve root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
