How You'll Make an Impact:

The responsibilities of a Sr. Account Director include providing thought leadership to elevate and drive clients' brands. You'll work in close partnership with client and internal teams, as the client expert and trusted advisor responsible for client satisfaction and overall business profitability. You will also mentor and coach team members while motivating and leading overall project teams for complex advertising campaigns across a variety of media vehicles.

To be successful, you must be able to motivate and lead internal and external resources, tackle challenges and problems, build good relationships with teams, oversee budgets, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Your Critical Skills:

10+ years of progressively responsible advertising agency and client-side (brand management or marketing) experience. Significant job progression within well-respected companies, and a track record of guiding both client and agency teams to successful marketing campaigns.

Food marketing & B2B food marketing experience a plus, especially a passion for translating the benefits of food towards leading healthier lives.

You should also have proven experience:
  • Generating innovative solutions to business and marketing challenges
  • Driving and growing emerging brands or categories
  • Developing successful, full-scale marketing plans
  • Leading brand strategy and research initiatives
  • Successfully growing revenue and profits of accounts
  • Maintaining and building senior-level client relationships
  • Building strong relationships with senior-level creative and media counterparts
  • Fostering the growth and development of direct employee reports
  • Leading successful new business pitches
  • Experience working on key markets outside of the US/North America desired
  • Strong public speaking abilities with an ability to communicate complex scenarios in succinct and impactful ways
  • Demonstrating passion about food marketing/culinary, food and beverage trends

Occasional travel (10-20%) is required that may include international travel; long-term remote relationship may be considered.

Salary range starts at $105,000+; commensurate with experience.
