We are looking for full time, part time , and PRN LPNs! The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Home focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. We are committed to a Culture of Caring, not only for the residents we serve but for our valued employees as well. Pay: LPN rate is $28-$32/hr. will include working every other weekend

Hours:

  • Noc: 7 days per pay period 10:30 pm to 6:00 AM
  • PRN
Job Responsibilities:
  • Medication administration
  • Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents
  • Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
  • Observing residents and appropriately documenting
  • Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation
  • Follow safety guidelines
Skills
  • MUST have an LPN license
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency care
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
  • BS or other diploma from a nursing program
