Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.
Requirements of the Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• 4+ years of previous experience within the manufacturing and light industrial sector
• Strong understanding of manufacturing roles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation for the Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• Salary Range: $33/hour - $37/hour depending on professional experience
