Clutch is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer for an agency client of ours.

About the Role:
An exceptional Graphic Designer is sought to spearhead the rollout of our client's new brand guide across all company properties. This role will involve meticulous application of the brand guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across various internal and external touchpoints. Beyond the foundational work, the ideal candidate will possess a creative flair to explore innovative and captivating brand executions that extend beyond the standard applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Guideline Implementation: Meticulously apply the new brand guide to all company properties, including internal documents, presentations, websites, forms, and templates.
  • Design Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand standards in terms of typography, color palette, imagery, and overall aesthetic.
  • Brand Exploration: Explore creative avenues to extend the brand identity beyond basic applications. Develop compelling designs for swag, collateral materials, and other branded assets.
  • Motion Graphics: Demonstrate proficiency in motion design to bring brand elements to life through animations and interactive experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their specific needs and align designs accordingly.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and precision in design execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and their application across various mediums
  • Ability to think creatively and explore innovative design solutions
  • Proficiency in motion design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of brand identity and design execution
