Aid Operations, Quality Assurance, and Product Development during large production runs, including sample organization, performance testing, and temperature checks on lab blends. Be available 1-2 weekends per month for ongoing lab and production support. Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE and safety checks. Support laboratory testing of raw materials,finished products, and production processes; prepare samples, maintain lab equipment, and ensure a clean workspace. Maintain adequate lab supplies and resources. Ensure accuracy in data reporting and uphold high standards of data integrity. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing or process control setting preferred. Familiarity with asphalt (roofing/paving) and process manufacturing (e.g., mixing, formulations) is desirable. Strong time management, multitasking abilities, mathematical proficiency, and basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel. Willingness to undertake training and development courses. Upon 9 weeks of training, independently perform key tests, including: Cleveland Open Cup Flashpoint Rotational Viscosity Penetration and Softening Point Tests Density and Specific Gravity True Grade/Original "ODSR" Testing ::: ::: :::
