We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our product team and shape the future of our offerings. Coalesce is looking for a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build a thriving community while driving awareness, adoption, and success of our products in the market. This role requires a leader with a true growth mindset and sets the foundation for our product team's operating model, fostering collaboration across design, engineering, product marketing, and the rest of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategy.
- Translate product strategy and both short and long-term roadmap planning and prioritization, balancing short-term and long-term goals, and managing trade-offs effectively.
- Partner with senior leadership, including the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), to define product vision, goals, and priorities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales and other teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Hire, develop and build a high-performing team of product managers and designers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
- Identifying and improving key outcomes and supporting KPIs
- Stay ahead of industry trends, monitoring the competitive landscape and leveraging insights to differentiate products in the market.
- Proven success in a senior product leadership role, in a similar stage, successful growth-stage B2B SaaS company.
- Ability to translate company strategy into product strategy, product strategy into a multi-generational product roadmap plan.
- Experience building IT, data-driven applications sold to data practitioners desired.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team empowerment and growth.
- Proficient in balancing top-down strategic insights with bottom-up customer feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
