.NET Programmer Analyst 3 - Hybrid, VA

Job Description Virginia Department of Elections (ELECT) is looking to hire a .Net Programmer. You will be working with our more established contractors and staff to focus on several web and Windows applications used both by internal ELECT staff and constituents of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You will need to be comfortable working with C#, .NET Framework & Core, MVC & WebForms, Web Services; SQL, Git SCM, and Javascript. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Application security will help you stand out in this position. ELECT uses mobile and responsive design practices, so a familiarity with these methodologies would be a plus. Requirements Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Experience programming in C#; Required 5 Years Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core. Required 5 Years Experience with MVC and WebForms applications; Required 5 Years Experience with web services; Required 5 Years Experience with Windows Service development; Required 5 Years Experience with JavaScript including JQuery or other Javascript libraries; Required 5 Years Experience with HTML and CSS; Required 5 Years Experience with mobile and responsive design practices; Required 5 Years Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases; Required 5 Years Experience with the Transact SQL language; Required 5 Years Experience with Git SCM; Required 5 Years Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps; Required 5 Years Knowledge of application security; Required 5 Years
