Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to handle complex litigation matters and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of managing all aspects of litigation including trial, pretrial motions, discovery and legal research. This position requires extensive knowledge of federal and state court systems, litigation procedures and rules of evidence.Responsibilities: Manage all phases of litigation from inception to disposition, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda and trial preparation. Billable hours expectation is 1850, a bonus of $75/hr starts at 1950 Conduct extensive complex legal research and analysis on various legal issues related to financial services. Represent the firm and its clients in court and before regulatory bodies, effectively advocating for our clients' interests. Collaborate with other attorneys on case strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, balancing client expectations with legal and financial realities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in litigation and financial services law, applying this knowledge to current cases and legal strategies. Participate in business development activities, building relationships with potential clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Must be a member in good standing with the state bar. Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience Proven track record of effectively managing all aspects of complex litigation cases. In-depth understanding of federal and state court litigation procedures and rules of evidence. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Ability to analyze complex legal and factual issues, develop innovative solutions and advocate effectively on behalf of clients. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
