Description

Position Overview:

The IT Systems Coordinator & Support Specialist plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing IT systems while providing reliable technical support to end-users. This position combines technical expertise, user support, and project coordination to ensure systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

ERP System Administration:

Act as the in-house expert for Batchmasters, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and user training. Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to meet operational goals. Technical Support:

Resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime. Manage helpdesk requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Collaborate with vendors for advanced technical support when necessary. System and Policy Management:

Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and system documentation. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Monitor and address system vulnerabilities to maintain security and data integrity. Project Coordination:

Collaborate on IT projects, such as system upgrades and new technology implementations. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Track project progress and address challenges to deliver successful results. Training and Enablement:

Train employees on IT systems to maximize user adoption and efficiency. Develop and update training materials tailored to user needs. System Optimization and Improvement:

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance workflows and reduce inefficiencies. Test and validate new system features or updates to ensure reliability. Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in IT systems administration, user support, and project coordination. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues. Familiarity with Batchmasters or other ERP systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Core Competencies
