Job Summary:

The Analyst Programmer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies and PL-SQL/Transact-SQL. The role requires expertise in web application development, database management, and proficiency with Angular, Web API, and Entity Framework. The candidate will be expected to handle technical challenges, ensure optimal performance, and work collaboratively with the team to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain software solutions using .NET Framework (C# or VB.Net) and PL-SQL/Transact-SQL

•Design, implement, and optimize web applications using Angular, Web API, and Entity Framework

•Work with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for user interface development

•Create and manage databases, writing DDL/DML, and optimizing SQL code for performance

•Develop and maintain AJAX-based applications using Ajax Control Toolkit

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and deploy applications

•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within applications and databases

•Perform software upgrades and maintenance

•Implement version control, branching, and builds for software deployment

•Ensure compliance with application change control processes

•Prepare documentation related to the application lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

•Minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft .NET (C# or VB.Net)

•Minimum 6 years of experience with PL-SQL/Transact-SQL/ANSI-SQL (Oracle or SQL Server)

•Minimum 2 years of experience with Angular (version 2 or later), Twitter Bootstrap, and Single-Page Application (SPA) development

•Minimum 2 years of experience with Web API 2 and Entity Framework 5.0 or higher

•Strong understanding of .NET Framework 4.5 or higher, VB.Net/C#, Object-Oriented Programming, ASP.Net page life cycle, and AJAX

•Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax Control Toolkit

•Expertise in HTML, CSS 3.0, and cross-browser HTML support

•Strong database experience with Oracle 11g or higher or SQL Server 2012, including PL-SQL and performance tuning

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience with TSF 2013 or higher, Branching, Builds Queuing, and Web Application Deployment

•Familiarity with Application Change Control processes

•Experience using TOAD for database management

•Knowledge of working with large Oracle databases and performing data import/export to PDF, Excel, and text files
