PeopleShare is currently hiring for a Packaging Operator in the Cranbury, Nj area.Ideal candidate must have prior experience as a packaging operator in the pharmaceutical industry and possess strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices(GMP)
Job Details for Packaging Operator:
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm Temp to Hire Pay Range:$24 per hour Responsibilities forPackaging Operator:
Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines to ensure the accurate and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products according to specified quality and quantity standards. Adjust machine settings to ensure proper packaging and adherence to production specifications. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance. Conduct in-process checks to ensure packaged products meet quality standards for seal integrity, labeling, and overall appearance. Document all production and quality control activities accurately and promptly. Adhere to GMP and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) at all times. Maintain accurate records of production batches, including machine settings, production quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures. Report any deviations or non-conformances to the supervisor immediately. Requirements for Packaging Operator:
Previous experience as a packaging operator in the pharmaceutical industry is
required
3+ years Strong understanding of GMP regulations and SOPs in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment 3+ years Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective communication Bulk packing or Blister packing NEEDED
