Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to join our team in Little Rock Arkansas. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our organization's IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT and project management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

As an IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technology infrastructure meets the needs of the company and its employees. This will involve managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting computer and network issues, and providing technical support to staff. You will also be responsible for coordinating and implementing IT projects, such as system upgrades and software rollouts.

In addition to technical proficiency, the successful candidate will also possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. You will be responsible for managing help desk tickets, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all IT projects are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Good Attendance - Works effectively with Company personnel, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, tittle or other respectful identifier, and; respecting the diversity of our work force in actions, words and deeds. - Oversee and coordinate all IT operations within the organization. - Manage and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. - Troubleshoot computer and network issues, providing technical support to staff when needed. - Coordinate and implement IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Manage help desk tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Conduct regular audits and assessments of the organization's technology infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in IT and identify opportunities for implementing new technologies that can benefit the organization. - Provide excellent customer service by managing business user expectations. - Coordinate and collaborate effectively with peers and IT leadership at various locations. - Committed to the protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and neighbors. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Environmental Management System (EMS). - All other duties as assigned.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in managing IT projects. Passing a company post-employment physical as well as controlled substance testing and background and security checks, as required.
