on:ICU SURGICAL RN Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements). *Orientation for this unit will be held bi-weekly on Mondays. i.e. 12/23, 1/6, 1/20 etcShift: 3x12 Nights (1)Ratios: 1:2Years of Experience REQ: Minimum one year Required: Critical Care Experience. Management of ventriculostomy, EVD, and ICP. Nursing care of patients with non-traumatic ICH, non-traumatic SAH, seizures. Nursing care of patients post tPA, thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, carotid artery stenting and intra-cranial stenting. Management of blood pressure abnormalities with parenteral vasoactive agents. Completion of complex neurological assessments/scales. Would like CV or Neuro experience.Epic Experience REQ? 1 year of Epic experience is required.First-Timers Accepted: I am looking for a trained nurse with experience.
