Responsibilities
Assist the Director in the planning, development, operational, marketing/sales, financial and staff activities of the Surgical Svcs department. Comply with organization, department and regulatory standards. Manages the operations of the facility. Plans the management of facility staff. Ensure sound fiscal operations. Assists with and develop and implement philosophies and policies for the facility. Develops, implements and monitor quality control and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. * Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
* Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. * BCLS for healthcare workers certification required.
Work Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience required.
