Sr. Product Manager- Connected Products

The Sr. Product Manager – Connected Products is responsible for defining and managing connected hardware products within Regal Rexnord’s Connected Solutions group. This position will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams across Regal Rexnord to develop strategic roadmaps for connected products and smart power transmission systems, thereby driving the delivery of new hardware products and features. A successful candidate will demonstrate the capability to define and present 3-5 year growth strategies to Senior Leadership while working within cross-functional, global development teams. This role requires an individual contributor adept at collaborating with other internal product groups to identify opportunities, build business cases, define requirements, and implement new connected product solutions. Additionally, this position will work with Corporate Marketing to generate market awareness and highlight product differentiation. The ideal candidate will possess experience with digitally enabled solutions or platforms and show a strong drive for execution and ownership.
