Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the enterprise software sector, focusing on seed to Series A stages.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including market analysis, financial modeling, and competitive landscape assessment.
  • Investment Strategy: Develop and execute investment strategies that align with the firm's objectives and deliver strong returns.
  • Portfolio Management: Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies, helping them navigate challenges and achieve growth milestones.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors to enhance deal flow and collaboration.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform investment decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a related field, with a focus on enterprise software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
