Clinical Supervisor (MSW, MFT, LMFT, LPCC, ASW, AMFT)
Region: Fresno County, CA (Clovis, Sanger, Reedley, Selma, Kerman etc.)
Hours: This is a full-time, hourly position. M-F
Salary: $48 to $48 per hour
Education: Master’s degree and CA BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required.

RESPONSIBILITIESReasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.- Weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision for BBS registered staff and interns. Other staff and interns as assigned.
- Clinical assessment guidelines, clinical assessment skills reviews and consultation resource.
- Collaborate with schools, attend required training, maintain communication, and reports.
- Provide in-service training and ensure client clinical needs are being met.
- Review staff charting for completeness and compliance with standards of care.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation as contractually required and meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services.
- Maintain confidentiality of client’s care.
- Participate in scheduled program meetings.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
- Masters degree and current CA BBS License (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required.
- Two years clinical experience post-licensing required.
- Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
- Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
- Cultural competency understanding required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
