Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare, review annual and quarterly regulatory reporting filings such as Form PF, Form CPO/PQR, AIFMD and Form 13F and ensure all filings are filed within the prescribed deadlines
- Liaise with Fund Accounting and Investor Services within U.S. Bank
- Research technical regulatory reporting topics
- Assist with the implementation of new clients for regulatory service offerings
- Manage the coordination and completion of regulatory reporting services for assigned clients
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in alternative investments industry
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Ability to analyze/reconcile data with extensive use of Excel
- Basic knowledge of Geneva preferred
- Financial Product experience (understanding of Hedge fund and Private Equity industry)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven team-oriented, leadership and organizational skills/ability to manage multiple assignments
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Audit experience is preferred
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
