About The Role:

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Sales Operations team, directly contributing to the growth of our business by managing the systems, process, and infrastructure to help scale our organization to the next level. This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational and technology guidance that supports our business efforts. You will work with business partners, end-users, and management teams to gather and translate requirements to improve processes and workflows that help us scale, and identify how to enhance the end-users' experience. You will collaborate with a variety of functions within Sales, Marketing & IT (business systems team). In this position, you will take a proactive and leading role in executing the following responsibilities:

Support the roadmap of Projects and System Initiatives that align with Sales Strategy and business needs. We are a Salesforce shop. Coordinate prioritization discussions with Sales Operations, Sales Management, and IT Gather and document formal business requirements Act as a project analyst or project manager for system enhancements, software evaluations, and implementations in junction with IT Subject matter expert on the end to end operating model from lead to cash Organize and execute User Acceptance Testing and develop training materials for new systems or processes Support Sales through day-to-day troubleshooting of Sales Systems related issues and own those issues through to complete resolution Take ownership of various Sales systems functions such as Forecasting and Hierarchy management You are comfortable in a distributed, diverse environment; you are able to work independently; you prioritize your own tasks and collaborate with others to ensure that work is done in a timely manner, with a sharp eye for quality and scale Qualifications:

6+ years experience (in a high-tech SaaS environment, in a Sales Operations role) Salesforce experience required Proficient in SaaS business acumen around renewals, churn and downsell and how that information relates to opportunity management in SFDC and forecasting Experience administering Clari or similar systems Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units Ability to work without supervision in fast-paced high-tech environment Experience of data analysis, modeling and/or financial analysis Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once Strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and design thinking skills Must be able to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written and visual presentations. Bachelor's Degree Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $166,000 and $232,667/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
