We are searching for a Marketing Manager who is excited by the prospect of working with the world’s leading logistics companies, helping them harness the power of AI for their global business operations. Raft runs the world’s largest AI-powered logistics platform. Over 10,000 users move more than 5 million shipments per year on the platform.
More than 50 leading freight forwarder customers use Raft to automate finance, customs, and operational workflows, including Geodis, Toll, DSV, Hellmann and Delmar. We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the top-of-funnel demand generation function, using ABM, and surrounding programs that are focused on engaging leaders at the top enterprises in the sector. You will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies to accelerate the generation of high-quality incoming leads and MQL conversion support programs that predictably become qualified pipeline and new revenue for the company. Day-to-day, you will: Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution, driving initiatives from awareness to lead generation to revenue impact. Manage budgets and forecasts to deliver measurable results. Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels, focusing on driving high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) to meet revenue goals. Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and Integrated Media programs, to drive lead acquisition and nurture existing prospects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, content creators, and event planners, to support and amplify marketing initiatives such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows. Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to align on strategy, provide high-quality leads, and enhance collaboration across the funnel. Analyze campaign performance metrics, track funnel progress, and optimize demand generation programs based on ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to ensure accurate data tracking, efficient lead nurturing, and pipeline health. Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine demand generation strategies. Coordinate closely with CMO and content teams to ensure the entire marketing plan is coordinated and optimized to achieve objectives. Requirements We’re looking for someone who has: 3-6 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with demonstrated success in demand generation within hyper-growth SaaS environments. Broad marketing expertise with the ability to support broader marketing initiatives (e.g., conferences, webinars) in alignment with demand generation goals. Mastery in creating, executing, and optimizing LinkedIn marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, ROI analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, etc. Proven success collaborating with SDR teams and a deep understanding of sales enablement strategies. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Experience developing paid and owned media strategies, event programs, webinars, and social campaigns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams. Nice-to-haves: Experience or familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry.
