Our client, a nonprofit, is looking for a Benefits Administrator to join their busy Human Resources team ASAP for 4 months!

About the Job:

• Handle the daily administration for all employee benefits programs.
• Maintain the HRIS with HR and benefits information; develop and pull reports from the HRIS.
• Provide support during the annual open enrollment period.
• Support the annual benefits plan audit and maintain compliance with all regulations.
• Serve as the point-of-contact for employees with questions regarding the benefits programs.

About You:

• A bachelor's degree is in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• 4+ years of hands-on benefits administration is required. 2+ years of HR management experience is required.
• ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of FLSA, EEOC, and other employment law regulations.
• Occasional travel is required.

Position Information:

• $30/hr-$35/hr
• Temporary for 4 months.
• Potential for the position to become permanent.
