Seeking a proactive and talented Sous Chef to help lead our team!

Sous Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Lead and mentor culinary teams
Collaborate with all departments to achieve goals
Work alongside the Executive Chef to track all food cost, labor cost, and inventory
Work closely with local vendors ensuring best product and accurate pricing
Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume fine-dining restaurant
Expert with steak, seafood, and seasonal ingredients
