We have an exciting new opportunity to lead our recruitment and team member development programs. In this role, you would be responsible for highlighting Sunny Sky's culture to prospective applicants and hiring team members to advance our mission. This includes proactive recruiting through networking and LinkedIn outreach. Although recruiting is the top focus for this role, in this position, you would also be involved with creating programs to enhance the careers of existing Sunny Sky Team members. Programs which include developing career paths within our core functions, implementing mentoring/coaching programs, establishing on-boarding programs, launching technical training, etc.

We are also looking for someone who can place a strong emphasis on employer brand management, crafting and executing recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent, and actively communicating our EVP across a variety of platforms. Some of the key functions listed below:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee and develop the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract diverse and high-quality candidates, including cold calling, networking, relationship building along with the traditional approaches.
  • Provide strategic recruitment support with a focus on creating and maintaining a best-in-class experience.
  • Utilize data and metrics to track recruiting effectiveness and efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to advance efforts in recruitment.

Employer Branding:

  • Develop and articulate a clear EVP that communicates the unique benefits and opportunities SSP offers.
  • Create consistent and compelling messaging that reflects our values, culture, and mission.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to attract top talent
  • Monitor and manage SSP's presence on employer review sites like Glassdoor and Indeed, etc.

Talent:

  • Design and implement talent development programs, including onboarding, training, mentorship, and career development initiatives.
  • Create and lead mentoring, coaching and career development programs to develop our internal team members.
  • Work with Sr. leaders to identify key roles and talent skill gaps within the organization.
  • Develop graphics, training materials, videos and basic eLearning modules using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a recruitment manager.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience agency recruiting specializing in hard-to-find talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing requisitions and achieving hiring targets, with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.
