You will partner with leadership across firmwide teams, lines of business, and corporate functions to enable data management transformation. With a background in data science or a related technical field, you will bring an innovative mindset to this strategic role.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and define model requirements for AI/ML solutionsApply AI/ML and LLM techniques to design and develop models for use across business lines and corporate functionsWork with data science and technology teams to deploy and scale models in productionUnderstand data life cycles and collaborate with various teams to build scalable, automated solutionsPresent modeling results to business and technical stakeholders through written, visual, and oral communicationStay updated with the latest research in LLM, ML, and data science, and leverage emerging techniquesDrive execution and delivery of innovative AI products to accelerate value realizationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsMaster’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field8 years of hands-on experience implementing AI models in financial services, data/technology, or related industryStrong technical background with expertise in data quality, data management, and data contractsKnowledge of data mesh architecture and data product conceptsDeep domain expertise in clients, products, services, and data applicationsExceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to articulate business needs to technical leadership and vice versaPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsProficiency in data management toolsFamiliarity with data governance and regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, GDPR, CCPA)Strong product management and project management skillsProven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder expectations
