Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Design user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing, ensuring seamless user interactions and engagement.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design concepts and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design and visual aesthetics.
- Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required)
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create polished and pixel-perfect designs that elevate user experiences.
- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Motion design and prototyping skills using tools like Principle, After Effects, or similar.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices in UX/UI design.
