iCapital Marketplace allows asset managers to offer funds to the growing global network of wealth managers and advisors on iCapital's platform, while managing distribution themselves. These funds are supported by iCapital's end-to-end technology platform that streamlines and automates the alternative investing process, from subscriptions and capital calls to reporting. The Marketplace team is responsible for overseeing the addition of new offerings to the platform, delivering new technology features and enhancements, expanding iCapital's network of wealth managers and advisors, and driving the overall growth strategy for the Marketplace initiative.
- Assist with the creation or updating of marketing material, user guides or internal process documentation.
- Build out the CRM system to expand universe of prospects, leading to an increase in platform registrations and sales.
- Clean up internal fund database to ensure required fields are populated for all funds.
- Create prospect lists for the Advisor Engagement team.
- Help organize and report the results of email and calling campaigns.
- Analyze trends in platform user engagement and create management summary.
- Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver
- Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities
- Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor's degree program
- Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship

Pay Rate: $41.00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
