Pyramid Healthcare is a national leader in Behavioral Healthcare. We are very proud to operate a residential, Substance Use Disorder treatment center in York for adults. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our clients and staff. The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of our clients’ well-being and our daily operations. The Administrative Assistant is the frontline support to our clients, going through every motion of the day with our clients. Hourly Rate: $15-17/hour (based on experience/education)

Schedule: Full Time

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

  • Manage the front office of the facility.
  • Oversee the scheduling of all appointments.
  • Perform basic clerical duties.
  • Assemble client packets and keep them updated.
  • Purchase office and client supplies.
  • Assist with intake process and billing sheets.
  • Correspond with referral sources.
  • Responsible for check requests, census and updating intake and discharge logs.
  • Attends staff meetings and takes minutes.
  • Handles the petty cash.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
