Responsibilities
Create visual content. Develop and design graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media, websites, and marketing materials. Collaborate with teams. Work with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designs. Ensure brand consistency. Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and ensure designs align with the brand's identity and goals. Produce high-quality deliverables. Generate high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet both creative and technical standards. Stay updated on trends. Follow design trends and best practices to ensure that all graphics are creative and on-brand. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, or experience in a related field. Minimum 5 years' successful professional design experience, preferably at an agency or in-house team for a product-driven business. Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design. Able to present concepts and lead internal design team peers and/or direct reports. Strong work ethic and personal accountability Agility to meet business needs Strong time management Strong communications skills Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, InDesign, Photoshop, XD and in particular
Requirements & EEO Statement
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, SPARC Group, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
