Superior Fence & Rail of Western Connecticut is an industry leader seeking an experienced full-time Production Specialist. Pay starts at $20.00- $23.00 per hour (based on experience). Typical work week is Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with occasional overtime as needed. Work consists of picking fence orders, operating and maintaining a CNC router to fabricate vinyl fence, inventory management, light carpentry, heavy lifting, and forklift driving. ** Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.
Job Responsibilities:
Moving incoming or outgoing materials throughout the shop and/or yard areas
Identify, separate, label and store material supplies as directed
Use safe and secure practices when cutting fencing materials
Load outgoing materials each day and verify that all orders are accurate
Meet safety, productivity and quality standards set by Superior Fence & Rail
Responsible for pulling and processing orders in the appropriate allotted time
Help to ensure that the yard/work areas are maintained, clean and organized
Operate the CNC router to fabricate vinyl fence
Perform other duties as assigned.
Light fence repair
Minimum requirements:
Possess Valid Drivers License and maintain a Clean Driving Record
Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)
Pass drug screening
Reliable transportation
Ability to Lift up to 80 lbs.
