Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Team Lead position in an exciting warehouse facility!

Ensures all shipments are complete; Picks, Ships, & load truck for daily orders; Materials receipts, cycle counts and storage of materials.

Pick orders from Pick Sheets accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Accurately Load Trucks for Shipment. 3. Visually inspection to ensure a quality product is being shipped and no defects are allowed to 4. Visually inspects all related paper work (ASNs/Pick sheets) to ensure no errors or defects exist. 5. Must ensure that all special instructions are followed on all related paper work. 6. In the absence of management, help supervisor performance of other employees, as required. 7. Responsible for conducting cycle counts (A,B, & Cs), as a member of the Inventory Team 8. Responsible for all raw material requisitioning and receipts for plant. 9. Help maintain and organize warehouse 10. Unload incoming trucks for receipt when needed 11. Stock Shelves with appropriate inventory and update as needed. 12. Excellent ability to compare quickly and accurately the similarities and differences between SKUs to ensure pick accuracy of each order. 13. Facilitate the movement of materials within the shipping area. 14. Communicates shipping operational objectives to the workforce; 15. Perform general house Keeping duties as directed by management designee. 16. Responsible for the general up keeping of mechanized equipment, including identification and communication to your supervisor for maintenance issues and needed resolutions. 17. Participate in continuous improvement activities and identify all opportunities for improvement and help management communicate and ensure compliance to Company policies for Safety, Environmental, Dress Attire and Attendance, etc. 18. Be Proactive, Responsive and able to Prioritize 19. Have a sense of urgency, to meet and beat assigned deadlines 20. Perform all other duties as assigned by Management.
