Intelligence Recruiter
The Intelligence Recruiter is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the recruitment process, including advertising, employment fairs, networking, and other forms of organizational marketing. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies. The Intelligence Recruiter will provide continuous support to a collaborative recruiting team during the process of acquiring and placing applicants to meet the staffing needs of the company and its clients. This position is remote.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Intelligence Recruiter: $55K- $85K
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Recruiter Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with recruiting efforts, including advertising, employment fairs, partnerships, and correspondence with applicants.
- Conducting candidate searches through networking, referrals, and online sources.
- Creating and maintaining recruiting plans and documenting the process.
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
- Researching recruiting and staffing trends and making strategic staffing recommendations.
- Maintaining knowledge of current recruiting trends and industry regulations.
- Conducting phone screens and interviews for applicants.
- Leveraging recruiting technology and job boards for successful recruitment.
- Ensuring data integrity in the recruiting system and completing necessary documents.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant programs and hiring criteria.
- Managing ad placements and negotiating salaries based on market pay levels.
- Handling all administrative components involved in recruiting.
- Attending mandatory meetings as required.
- Meeting or exceeding established recruitment metrics.
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Recruiter Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Intelligence Community recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting for requisitions that require a security clearance
- Familiarity with professions and clients within the Intelligence Community
- Understanding of the security qualifications and requirements of the Intelligence Community
- Prior Military service member preferred.
- Proven skills recruiting in a Federal Contracting environment.
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience or equivalent recruiting experience.
- Ability to write effective job descriptions and post to targeted job boards.
- Ability to negotiate salaries based on market pay levels.
- Ability to effectively communicate compensation and benefit plans.
- Knowledge of compensation and employment regulations for Federal contracting.
