Your Impact
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle technical recruiting. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for technical and engineering roles within the ASI. The Technical Recruiter will utilize various platforms, social media, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract highly skilled professionals. The role also involves assisting in other Human Resources functions as needed.

Your Impact
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle technical recruiting. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for technical and engineering roles within the ASI. The Technical Recruiter will utilize various platforms, social media, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract highly skilled professionals. The role also involves assisting in other Human Resources functions as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, create, and post compelling job descriptions tailored to technical roles.
- Source candidates using various technology platforms, job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow), and networking events.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the overall needs of the department.
- Use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track applicants, monitor recruiting trends, and generate reports.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future technical roles.
- Stay updated on market compensation data and trends to ensure competitive offers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of recruiting strategies and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles.
- Proficient in sourcing candidates through diverse platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technology-focused forums and social media.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Understanding of the technical landscape, including software development, engineering, and other technology roles, is a plus.
