Executive Assistant to CEO
Are you interested in a versatile role with a growing company? We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO. You'll be in charge of keeping our social media updated, setting up marketing events, managing appointments for the CEO (professional and personal appointments), reviewing incoming mail and scanning the mail into our electronic filing system, answering phone calls, data entry and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Job seekers should love planning, organizing, and diving into new challenges.
Responsibilities
•Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive
•Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes
•Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
•Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date
•Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
Qualifications
•College degree preferred
•Excellent attendance and punctuality
•Must be reliable and a team player
•5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
•Must be familiar with Office apps such as Word, Excel, and Dropbox
•Must be able to quickly learn new Office apps such as Freshbooks and Exact
•Must be proficient with Linked In, Facebook, Instagram
•Must have strong organizational skills
•Must have strong communication skills: friendly and professional on the telephone; the ability to communicate clearly with professionals at all levels
