LHH seeks a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our client’s accounting department. Responsibilities include data entry, account reconciliations, financial reporting, processing transactions, preparing invoices, and organizing financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
- Aid in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Organize financial documents systematically.
- Assist with invoice preparation and payment processing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Address financial inquiries professionally.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
