Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and entertainment areas, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth execution.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations to maintain an effective and motivated team.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, health, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain food and beverage quality, presentation, and inventory control.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and expenses to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
• Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive guest traffic and increase sales.
• Oversee events, parties, and group bookings, ensuring a seamless and fun guest experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or entertainment-focused setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
