We are looking for a motivated and energetic Supervisor to join our team at a busy quick-service restaurant in Peekskill, NY. Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff supervision, food preparation, and guest service.
• Assist in training and developing team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Lead and motivate staff during shifts to maintain efficient operations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock to reduce waste and control costs.
• Maintain accurate shift records of sales, expenses, and staff performance, and report to the Restaurant Manager.
• Assist in scheduling staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours while managing labor costs efficiently.
• Collaborate with management on initiatives to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Step in to manage the restaurant in the absence of senior management when necessary.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role within a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic financial reporting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
